this is dope! one thing i would consider to do to this piece is under the gear.com see the white line how it's stroke is black, maybe try wraping the whole paragraph in a black stroke [outline] or just removing the stroke on the white line that connects the logo to the paragraph. i would try and play with the gradient, making the darker part of the gradient at the bottom for the pink text to pop more, or maybe try another color in the gradient to get the text at the bottom to be just a bit more legible. and it looks like the piece could be centered, it appears to be off just a tad to the left, or is that my hangover, ha. this last thing is a matter of preference, maybe make the text justified, looking blocky in the box might appear cleaner and more professional, would have to see for sure tho. anyway i dig the whole idea of this and especially the logo!! props on this!!

I just wanted to say your design skills have increased 300% since I first started watching you. The purple is absolutely brilliant. The one criticism I have is in the type of text (and size) you're using in purple for "caps", "cans" and "pens"...it just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the scheme, but I wouldn't necessarily use a graffiti font either. So perhaps the font choice is correct (even if awkward), and it just needs to be smaller. Perhaps it would be more readable if the text was underneath the pictures - in this case, it would certainly lend more readability with such a bold color. I'd even consider using white for the text.

You must have a telepathic connection with my teacher on this one! lol ya i was gonna size the type down and change the color caz even my class said they had trouble reading it caz of the color.

Ya i wasnt so sure bout my background, im still not quite sure but ill try what u suggested, it was also suggested that i use a macroshot of some spryacans or something of that nature and blend it into a gradient, so will see what happens, i got to give ya big ups bro, u been given me alot of ood constructive criticism, its much appreciated!

dope bro, like i've said, you know what i think about the background, some macro shot
of cans or some stash in general or just a wall replaced in a blue tone with overlayed layers
in photoshop would make a good background.

the macro shot would be pretty dope looking, sweet idea! thanks man, i need to exercise my designer mind every chance i get. it helps keep me thinking about designs. seeing how my job now is installing irrigation systems, outdoor sprinkler systems. i donn't even get to put in as much time on my comp, and now its late spring early summer over here so work will be rolling in the next few months. so DA is my only portal to art, and designers untill next semester. trying to keep my head in tha game that's all
